1. What SORTED Does

SORTED is a daily life admin copilot. It helps you organise, track and act on everyday tasks — from bills and letters to appointments and follow-ups. The app can generate AI-powered summaries, action plans, draft messages and reminders based on the information you provide.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use SORTED.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SORTED uses AI to generate summaries, action plans, draft messages and suggestions. AI-generated content is for general guidance only and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You must use your own judgement and verify any important details before acting on AI-generated content.

4. No Legal, Medical or Financial Advice

SORTED does not provide professional legal, medical or financial advice. Any information, guidance or drafts generated by the app are general in nature and do not constitute professional advice. For matters involving significant rights, obligations, health or finances, consult a suitably qualified professional.

5. User Responsibility to Check Drafts Before Sending

Draft messages, emails and other communications generated by SORTED are starting points, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all content — including names, dates, amounts, reference numbers and tone — before sending or otherwise relying on them. SORTED is not liable for any consequences arising from sending or using unreviewed AI-generated content.

6. Uploaded Documents and User Content

You may upload documents such as letters, receipts, bills and contracts for analysis and storage. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using AI features, you understand that the content of uploaded documents may be processed by SORTED and trusted third-party AI services to generate summaries and suggestions. You should not upload documents that belong to others without their permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SORTED for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to access, alter or disrupt systems, data or accounts that are not yours
  • Use the app to generate harmful, misleading or fraudulent content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the app

8. Service Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features of SORTED at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

9. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data. Deleting your account removes your actions, documents, drafts, reminders, activity history, profile settings and consent records. You may also contact us at sorted.support@montroselabs.co.uk to request account deletion and full data removal.
